Here we display three of the enormous mikoshi produced for the Geisai, the Tokyo University of the Arts’ student festival. Art and music students at the University come together to create the mikoshi together, and they represent a whole summer’s worth of blood, sweat, and tears. These three stunning contributions from this year’s freshmen will have Ueno trembling and shaking!
